I repented of my sin and believed in Jesus Christ for salvation when I was 12 years old. At age 15, I felt God’s call to vocational ministry eventually being led into student ministry for 15 years followed by a transition into an executive pastor role. I married my high school sweetheart, Sarah, on May 29, 2004. On June 17, 2010, God blessed Sarah and I with a baby girl, Madilyn Faye, and on January 4, 2016 a baby boy, Mason Lee. I was called to be the student pastor at First Baptist O’Fallon (IL) in October 2010. Prior to God’s call to FBCO, I served through student ministry at my home church in Benton IL, and First Baptist Church of Blytheville, AR. I have earned a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Mid-Continent University in Mayfield Kentucky and a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry degrees (expository preaching) from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. I’m a die-hard University of Illinois, St. Louis Cardinals, and St. Louis Rams fan. I love being with my family, working out, reading and exploring new places.
